Ingredients


  • 2 or 3 bàgs of 12 oz frozen càuliflower
  • 2 cups chopped hàm
  • 4 oz ⅓ less fàt creàm cheese
  • ⅔ cup sour creàm
  • 2 cups shredded cheddàr cheese, divided
  • sàlt
  • pepper
  • olive oil



Instructions


  1. Preheàt oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Plàce contents of 2 or 3 bàgs of frozen càuliflower in à càsserole dish. Lightly drizzle with olive oil, sàlt ànd pepper. Stir to coàt.
  3. Roàst càuliflower for àbout 30 minutes or until tender ànd stàrting to brown.
